This may sound strange, but when buying posters for my collection over the years, I've used my 'sniff test'. A VERY rare poster celebrating the F1 Race win by Dan Gurney in the Weslake, at the superb Spa Circuit in Belgium,1967. Original 2006 French GP Poster-Alonso Renault

Celebrating the 100th French GP (1906-2006) this Original 2006 French Grand Prix poster features the 2005 F1 World Champion, Fernando Alonso driving his Renault. A very hard to find Original Race Poster for the 1989 USA F1 Grand Prix held in Phoenix Arizona. Senna and Prost put their McLaren Hondas on 1st and 2nd places on the grid, but Senna had to retire from the race with electrical problems, leaving team mate Prost to take the race win. 1997 Argentinian GP Poster

Superb condition 'Dexter Art' poster from the 1997 Argentine Grand Prix. A great image incorporating none other than the great Juan Manuel Fangio. A photo doesn't really do these particular posters justice due to it being artwork that really works when framed up and mounted in a room, garage or 'Man Cave'. Here is an original poster from the 48th Annual Sebring 12 Hour event from 2000. Using artwork from Simon Ward again, this really is a great poster. The race was won by the Works Audi R8 driven by Biela, Pirro and Kristensen, & 2nd on the same lap was the other R8 Audi of Capello, Alboreto, and Allan McNish. 1980 Zandvoort Poster

A really nice condition Original Poster for the 1980 Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort. Like many at the time the artwork is by Michael Turner. A rare poster to find anywhere these days. It has been folded as most where at the time, in order to post out to shops etc. The race was won by Nelson Piquet, and followed home by Rene Arnoux, and Jaques Laffite. Original 2001 USA F1 GP Poster

The Original Poster for the 2001 USA F1 GP held at Indianapolis. Michael Schumacher qualified his Ferrari on pole with brother Ralf 2nd in his Williams. (Not sure how many times brothers have done that in F1), but the race went to Finland's Mika Haakinen. Michael was second, with David Coulthard coming home in 3rd place. In very nice condition. The Hurlingham Club Poster

This is a Hurlingham Club Poster, designed by the famous French Graphic Designer Gérard Courbouleix–Dénériaz, better known as Razzia. whose posters are much sought after by collectors. This one featuring a Bugatti, was for the Club's Louis Vuitton Concours d'Elegance, with The Hurlingham Club 'Fete Champetre'. In very good condition, but with slight creasing on the RH white border. A lovely Monaco Museum Reprint of this great image from their 1955 Original Grand Prix poster. Original Poster BOAC1000 Brands Hatch 1971

Using the Artwork of Dexter Brown with the limited number printed at the base, is this Original poster for the BOAC 1000kms race at Brands Hatch in 1971. The result was a mouth watering list of cars/engines and drivers from that period. Won by Andrea de Adamich & Henri Pescarolo in their Alfa T33, Second, was Ickx & Reggazoni in their Ferrari 312, and third, Siffert & Bell in the Porsche 917. Original 1971 French GP Poster

I have only seen one other 1971 Paul Ricard poster since I started collecting and it was a Multi Signed one, so went for serious 'bucks', but it shows that it is a rare one to find. The race was a great one for Tyrell with Stewart winning ahead of his team mate Francois Cevert. Fittipaldi took the final podium position ahead of Siffert in his BRM. Showing a victorious Olivier Panis from the 1996 race, this image is from the drawing of Monaco-born artist Alain Giampaoli who was also responsible for the design of the 1978 and 1979 posters. 1997 was also the year in which Monaco celebrated 700 years of reign of the Grimaldi family, this poster also features the "1297 - 1997 Grimaldi" logo. Featuring the very talented New Zealand F1 star Chris Amon, here is a very nice condition poster for the 1971 GKN-Daily Express International Trophy Meeting at Silverstone. Chris was without doubt, one of the best drivers of his day, but was never to be F1 champion, a 5th place overall being his best finish driving the gorgeous Ferrari 312. Australian F1 Poster 1996 Damon Hill

Normally only available from Australian Internet sites or Ebay, here we have the poster for the first Formula 1 GP to be held at Melbourne, and features that year's World Champion, Damon Hill in the Williams. Autoart 1982 Ferrari Poster

This is a large poster produced on heavy grade paper to advertise an exhibition of Auto Art at the Imperial Palace in America in September 1982. The superbly painted image shows the late great French F1 star Didier Pironi fighting his Ferrari 126C. An image that will mean a lot to those lucky enough to see Pironi race. The images on this original 1984 Zandvoort poster 'loosely' show Keke Rosberg in his Williams ahead of Nelson Piquet in his Brabham, but the race was to be a McLaren and Lotus 'Lock-Out' at the head of the field, with Prost winning ahead of Lauda, followed home by Mansell and De Angelis. Original 1991 Belgian GP Poster-Spa

This Original 1991 Belgian Grand Prix poster is a piece of Formula One History, because, despite it featuring Belgian Bertrand Gachot in the Jordan 191, (believed by some to be the nicest ever looking F1 car), his place was taken by Michael Schumacher for his very first F1 race. He qualified in 7th place despite never having raced at the circuit before, but sadly retired from the race with clutch problems. Lovely Condition poster.
