Some Sunny Day-Vera Lynn

Some Sunny Day-Vera Lynn

I have two copies of this book. Both in as new condition, one an unsigned version, but the other is Multi Signed by veterans who served during the Normandy landings, and at Arnhem amongst others, but my favourite is the signature of Percy George who landed on D-Day and made it all the way to Berlin. A true star. We always talk about pilots on prints etc. The guys on foot get very little mention in comparison. This book is different. Unsigned :- £5.00 Signed :- £89.00 +p+p

There Shall Be Wings-Multi Signed Book

There Shall Be Wings-Multi Signed Book

An excellent book by Max Arthur, 'There Shall Be Wings' covers RAF history from 1918 to 1993. Told mostly in the words of those that were there, this particular copy is Multi Signed by many featured throughout the book, including Laddie Lucas, and ATC pilot Diana Barnato Walker. However, the stand out, and very rare signature is that of WWI Ace Gwilym H.Lewis. A possibly unique edition of this book ! Price :- £75.00 +p+p (Sorry, now Sold).
